Startup Reactor is a 6-month acceleration program established to assist young entrepreneurs developing their business. The Reactor program acts as a catalyst that supports the integration of startups into the entrepreneurial world. The program has four phases which include training and mentoring sessions that plays a vital part with Cultiv to create innovative businesses in an entrepreneurial environment not only in Egypt but the MENA region as well. In the first phase, spark, we strive to raise awareness about entrepreneurship in Egypt through organizing workshops led by well-established entrepreneurs.

These workshops are accessible to all the applicants of the Startup Reactor program to make sure that we benefit the maximum number of startups at this early stage. In the Ignition stage, we select a range of 40 to 50 startups to help them launch their entrepreneurial journey. Our mentors pay close attention to the details of each project and start constructing an adequate business model for each startup. Then, the Startup Reactor team proceeds with the best 15 startups to receive meticulous mentoring, focused sessions, co-working space access, legal company registration, one-on-one meetings, assignments as well as developing a full business plan over 4 months. By the end of the program cycle, Cultiv invites several well-known investors along with professionals in different fields to attend the pitching day of the selected startups. In this event, Cultiv endeavors to create a network of key entrepreneurship stakeholders in addition to promoting collaboration between the graduated startups and potential investors. This program is launched twice a year, and Cultiv preserves the right to hold an equity stake in each startup admitted to the program. Moreover, Ideaspace, which is affiliated with Cultiv Collective, provides facilities, events, activities, and services for entrepreneurs and innovators through a network of co-working and innovation spaces.
